Summertime in Alberta

Good intentions oft go astray. I read that somewhere and how true it is. I promised myself that I would update my blog but, alas. Somewhere between chasing cats, singing, running a household and keeping up with grandchildren, my good intentions did go astray.

However, in the interim I did finish a romance and submit it to Harlequin. They did not accept it, but I did get a very nice letter with good suggestions, so I consider that a win. I'm also working on a series about a young woman who reads minds. I hope to have that published by the end of the year.

I had the opportunity in June to read excerpts of my books at the Public Library. It was a chance to connect with other authors in the area, and to sell my "Incident" series.

So, I guess it hasn't been a wasted few months.
